How many people can stay?
The cottage accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms, with three queen beds and two twin beds. One upstairs bedroom is an open loft overlooking the living area.
Can we bring our pet?
Yes, pets are welcome. Include your pet in your booking details and check the current pet rules and any applicable fees on your chosen booking platform.
What is the waterfront access like?
The cottage sits above the lake, with multiple sets of woodland stairs down to the private dock. The property is not step-free and is not suitable for guests who need accessible waterfront access. Children need adult supervision around the water.
What is included?
There is a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, laundry, linens, Starlink Wi-Fi, Smart TV, wood-burning stove, barbecue and outdoor fire pit. Canoes, a kayak, paddleboat, paddleboard and life jackets are available for lake days.
Is the cottage available in winter?
Yes, Timber Ridge is a four-season cottage. The approach includes a steep gravel hill and a sloped driveway, so check current access instructions and weather conditions before travelling. Ask us about your vehicle and arrival plans if you are unsure.
How do pricing and reservations work?
You can request a direct booking with us or reserve through Airbnb or Vrbo. Direct accommodation rates are 15% below our Airbnb nightly rates; cleaning fees and taxes are separate. The calendar shows known blocked dates when connected, and estimates appear when rates are published. We confirm availability, the full price, minimum stay, payment details and cancellation terms by email before you decide. Preparing or sending a request does not reserve your dates. For platform bookings, use the price and terms shown on that platform. The cottage is intended for quiet stays; parties and events are not permitted.
